"Boys raise those glasses, girls shake those OH OH OH!"
So 18 days until seniors get of school.
Four for this week.
Three more weeks minus one for senior skip day.
There are not enough words or exclamation points to describe my feelings at this moment.
New school, new people, new experiences, new freedoms, new responsibilities.
Who wouldn't be excited for all new surroundings?
Gahd, it's like I have been waiting for this point in my life for so long that it is almost surreal now that it is here.
I am so ready to get out of this drama and stress called high school and move on with my life!
AH!!!!
So last Saturday was prom. It was okay, but I think it might have been more of a milestone for me, just one more thing to check of my "High School To-Do List."
It was fun. Good people, horrible music, corny dj, drunken stories, and pancakes.

But I will never understand why people love these things SO much.
In my opinion, it's just an excuse for girls to dance like whores and for guys to publicly rub their groin all over a girl's back side.
But hey, just my opinion.
Hey Krieger. Where are those "I Hate Prom" shirts when you need them???

"The sun is up, the sky is blue. It's beautiful, and so are you..."
Okay so I just got back from NYC.
It was SOOOO incredibly amazing!
It was my second trip up there and I cannot wait to go back.
I saw so many amazing things, heard so many amazing noises, smelled so many amazing smells...
The hustle and bustle encompassed and enveloped me. Broadway entranced me and I feel like on stage will always be where I am most comfortable.
The Empire State Building was INCREDIBLE.
At night, there were lights as far as you could see. The breeze was so refreshing and the adrenaline felt when you peered over the edge was like nothing else...
However, Ground Zero was one of the most humbling experiences I will ever have. To imagine the chaos that took place right were I stood... And then the audacity of people to protest right in front of the zone, telling visitors that it was a Government plot. And then people from our group, after seeing another one of the students in our group fight with one of them, go up to them and take pictures and shake their hands... Some people I will never understand.
All in all it was a wonderful trip. I cannot wait to return...
